Ansell is looking for a Sr eCommerce Specialist, Amazon Vendor to join our team in Brussels, BE or Krakow, PL.
In this position you will play a vital role in driving sales and partnership growth with Amazon in Europe (EU10) and APAC (AU/JP) by managing Ansell’s vendor accounts. This role involves leading long-term strategic development, overseeing daily operations, and defining product, pricing, and marketing strategies for both retail and business customers. As part of the EMAP Marketing team, the manager will also support Ansell’s digital transformation and omnichannel strategy through execution of the eCommerce roadmap.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Snr Manager eCommerce EMAP, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Ansell and Amazon, fostering strong cross-functional relationships and aligning on strategic priorities.
- Own full P&L responsibility and deliver on revenue, profit, and KPI targets through effective commercial and operational management.
- Oversee daily Amazon Vendor central operations, including product content, pricing, listings, and offer optimization.
- Lead annual vendor negotiations and improvement plans, using data-driven strategies to ensure profitable growth.
- Manage sales provisions, seasonal investments, and forecasting to support demand planning and inventory needs.
- Develop and execute a marketing calendar to drive traffic, enhance customer experience, and boost acquisition.
- Ensure digital shelf excellence and brand consistency in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT to develop Amazon-specific solutions and strategies.
- Deliver performance reporting with actionable insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Champion eCommerce best practices internally, building organizational knowledge and capability.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Proven sales and business development experience on Amazon, ideally with Amazon Vendor.
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen; advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally within a global matrix organization.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with eCommerce and content tools (e.g., Helium10, SmartScout, Salsify) is a plus.
- Strong communicator, able to engage with all levels including senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Persuasive and strategic thinker with strong commercial insight.
- Adaptable and culturally aware, comfortable navigating diverse environments.
- Collaborative, results-driven, and customer-focused, with the ability to influence across functions.
