Job description
As an Information System Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, security, and performance of complex software systems developed in support of European diplomatic missions and international cooperation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on functional and technical specifications
- Creating and executing manual and automated test scenarios, covering functional, integration, performance, and regression testing
- Coordinating testing activities across teams, tracking test progress, reporting results, and managing defect lifecycles
- Developing and maintaining test automation scripts using tools like Selenium, SoapUI, or NeoLoad
- Supporting the configuration and deployment of test tools, and contributing to test data preparation using SQL or other relevant technologies
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve testing processes and code quality

Experience:
- Proven experience in a software testing environment
Soft Skills:
- Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment
Tools and methodologies used
- Testing : Selenium, Soap UI, NeoLoad
- IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, JetBrains PhpStorm, Microsoft Visual Studio Code
- Programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, TypeScript, Vue.js, KendoUI), Java (Spring, Struts, Hibernate), PHP (Symfony, Laravel, Drupal), ColdFusion (FuseBox), SQL/PL-SQL, HTML5, CSS (Bootstrap)
