About iPurple
iPurple is a Belgian start-up and the first European eCommerce platform entirely dedicated to exclusive K-pop products. Based near Brussels, we are a small and passionate team committed to bringing European fans closer to the Korean wave.
We are looking for a K-pop-savvy Content Creator who is not only skilled in video creation and editing, but also comfortable being in front of the camera, following social media trends, and engaging with our community. This person will progressively take full ownership of our social media strategy and execution.
What you’ll do
- Be the face of iPurple on Instagram and TikTok by regularly filming yourself and creating engaging content
- Follow K-pop trends, news, and viral content to turn them into creative and timely videos
- Use tools like CapCut and Canva to produce high-quality Reels and TikToks
- Manage and plan a content calendar based on platform trends and strategic priorities
- Track and analyze content performance to continuously improve reach and engagement
- Interact with our community across social media platforms
- Work closely with the team to align content with product launches, promotions, and events
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, challenges, contests, and activations
- Gradually take charge of the entire social media management for the brand, from content creation to strategy to reporting
- Occasionally support with logistics or help during events
What we’re looking for
- You regularly create content on TikTok or Instagram and are comfortable being on screen
- You understand how TikTok and Instagram algorithms work and know how to make content stand out
- You are fluent in English. Any other European language is a plus.
- You are comfortable using video editing tools like CapCut, Canva or equivalent
- You are passionate about K-pop or highly curious and ready to dive in
- You are proactive, creative and enjoy working in a small, dynamic team
Bonus if you have
- Experience managing a social media account or community
- A public TikTok or Instagram account with engaging content
- A strong sense of visual storytelling and aesthetic
- A good understanding of K-pop fandom culture and its dynamics
Profile and Studies
We welcome 2 types of candidates:
1. Internships:
- You are currently in your final year of a Bachelor's or Master’s program, ideally in communication, marketing, digital media, audiovisual production or a related field
- Your internship must be part of your official curriculum
- You are available at least 4 days per week and able to commute to Kraainem
2. Employee contract (part-time or full-time):
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- You already have hands-on experience creating social media content, especially videos
- You are eager to take ownership of a brand’s social media and grow with the role
Working conditions
- Location: Kraainem, near Brussels (on-site position)
- A part of your time can be done remotely, depending on your level of autonomy and after the initial onboarding period
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Contract type: internship, part-time or full-time employee contract
- Compensation: based on experience and profile

Pay: €1,00 - €3.000,00 per month
