About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and curious Social Media Intern to support our Brand team in bringing our social strategy to life. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a fast-scaling DTC brand builds community, drives engagement, and delivers value across key social platforms. You’ll work closely with content creators, strategists, and community managers to help turn trends into powerful brand moments.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Management & Content Support
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms like Instagram, and TikTok
- Help transform user-generated content (UGC), reviews, and PR features into polished, brand-aligned social assets
- Collaborate with the team to support campaign execution, ensuring alignment with platform best practices
Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content — flag important messages and trends to the team
- Help keep our community engaged by responding to posts, stories, and shout-outs
- Capture insights from audience feedback and flag recurring questions or themes
Reporting & Insights
- Assist in analyzing content performance and identifying what’s resonating
- Summarize basic weekly learnings and content wins for the team
- Help spot content trends and suggest new ideas based on performance data
Research & Trend Spotting
- Track trending topics, sounds, and formats on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
- Bring forward creative ideas rooted in cultural moments or audience behaviors
- Support the team with trend research that feeds into content planning and experimentation
