We are looking for a Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a Senior Project Architect, you will play a leading role in the design, development, and execution of complex architectural projects—both nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for all phases of the architectural process—from concept design through to execution—ensuring design quality, technical development, and timely project delivery. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough knowledge of architectural principles, strong conceptual and technical design skills, and demonstrable experience in managing large-scale projects. This position is suitable for professionals with at least 7 years of professional experience in architecture or related design disciplines.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Demonstrates a high level of leadership skills and is capable of managing and coordinating project teams, ensuring smooth communication between senior and junior architects, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, governmental authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Has a keen eye for design and detail, with the ability to lead projects through both conceptual and detailed design phases of large-scale international projects, contributing creatively and strategically at all stages.
- Develops, coordinates, and oversees the production of presentations and contract documents, including diagrams, 3D models, architectural drawings, renderings, physical models, and animations. Proficient in a wide range of design software and tools (Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Enscape, V-Ray), delivering high-quality and technically accurate documentation.
- Demonstrates extensive project knowledge and contributes to the refinement of the studio’s design standards, best practices, and methodologies.
- Applies strong problem-solving skills and well-informed decision-making, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and technical precision in all aspects of the design and construction process.
- Collaborates effectively with others in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, providing timely, clear, and efficient updates to the project leader.
- Leads internal design reviews, client presentations, and stakeholder workshops, ensuring that all documentation and presentations meet studio standards and clearly communicate the design vision and strategy.
- Mentors junior team members, supports their professional development, and fosters a collaborative design culture within the team.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, sustainability standards, and permitting procedures, ensuring full compliance throughout all phases of the project.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture or a related field
- Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch (French is a plus)
- Minimum of five years of experience in an architectural firm, preferably with involvement in large-scale or international projects
- Advanced proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Revit
- Strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of other Adobe software is a plus
- Exceptional design talent and a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical precision
- Demonstrates creative problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to tackle design challenges both independently and collaboratively. Proven experience in translating conceptual ideas into practical and buildable architectural solutions
