Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Reporting
- Conduct financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, quarterly close, and ensure internal controls and execution of Intercompany service charges.
- Collaborate with finance and business partners to lead planning and billing cycles.
- Review and provide financial analysis to regional and global leaders with a focus on accuracy and insights.
Change The Way We Work
- Shape the transition from regional focus to cross-regional teamwork.
- Drive standardization and simplification of processes across different regions.
- Influence partners to gain agreement for the new working methods.
Other
- Ensure financial compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Actively engage with the global finance team to ensure regional needs are understood and incorporated.
- Challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and educate business partners on financial issues, concepts, and ownership.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- CPA, CMA or other Financial Certification preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years professional Finance experience is required
- Strong collaborative teammate who values input from all team members.
- Core financial and accounting background relevant to the role.
- Excellent social and communication skills for partner engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SAP (ledger) and automation technology skills (e.g. Power BI) preferred
- Creative problem solver continuously looking for improvements in execution and results.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and in teams across geographic boundaries with a hands-on approach.
