Your profile
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in evaluation and/or impact assessment following the European Commission Better Regulation Guidelines, with a good knowledge of EU policies, preferably in the areas of industry, entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to design and conduct rigorous evaluations and draw insightful conclusions from data.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise evidence-based reports and deliver engaging presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members from diverse backgrounds, and able to deliver tasks under tight deadlines, with a problem-solving mindset.
- A previous experience working in a consultancy firm is preferable.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential and fluency in other European languages is considered an asset.
Your responsibilities
- Designing and delivering evaluations, impact assessments and policy studies, including writing and presenting reports and deliverables in a compelling manner.
- Contributing to the management of projects and teams and supporting the qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
- Supporting business development by identifying market opportunities and contributing to tenders’ preparation.
- Establishing and maintaining good client relationships.
- Helping to grow our evaluation practice, including through the design of robust and innovative methodologies.
