OBJECTIVE:
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, Belux, the Sales Support, International Belgium is supporting the customer service in Belgium. The Sales Support International plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting in customer relationship management, and contributing to marketing and event initiatives such as trunk shows.
The Sales Support International Belgium also participates in back-office tasks, managing re-orders and responding to incoming calls from our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and assist with Trunk Shows and various events including help organize, set up, and manage trunk shows and promotional events.
- Act as brand ambassador during events, supporting sales and customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives
- Back-office sales support including but not limited to process orders, generate invoices, maintain accurate customer records, manage inventory
- Greet and welcome clients
- Provide administrative and system support
- Manage incoming calls, emails and appointment scheduling
- Ensure the showroom and reception area is always presentable
- Maintain internal calendars for sales and marketing events
- Assist with preparing sales performance and ad hoc reports
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or international trade
- Experience in Marketing and social media
- Prior experience in an international business environment is an asset
- Fluent in English and French/Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills including reception of clients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player who can also work independently
- Knowledge of the local market or relevant industry (fashion, luxury goods, wholesale, etc.) is an asset
