Are you detail-oriented , organized , and passionate about supporting sales operations ? Join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes within our Sales Office for the Benelux region!
As part of our dynamic team, you will provide essential support across customer coordination, sales processes, and internal collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction & Coordination:
- Respond to customer inquiries and serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., product divisions, business centers).
- Manage demo equipment tracking.
- Facilitate communication and coordination within the team and with external partners (vendors, customers).
Sales Process Support:
- Assist with product orders, changes, campaign-related inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Prepare or and support the creation of sales reports (e.g., call logs, order/shipment summaries).
- Conduct research and compile special analyses as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role (experience in a sales office environment is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Dutch
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
