Job Summary

As a passionate Sales Representative you will find the optimal solution to sell and promote our high-quality products to our existing customer as well as develop new accounts, to achieve the accountable sales targets and to expand the company market share.
You will be responsible for managing all sales-related activities and supporting marketing initiatives for a specific product group.

Job Responsibilities

1. Market & Product Expertise

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics, competition, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure effective product and technical support.

2. Sales & Profitability

Drive sales activities and performance within assigned product group/territory.
Set and monitor targets and pricing with the Sales Business Unit Manager.
Analyze challenges and propose corrective actions to meet objectives.
Conduct market mapping to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

3. Strategy Implementation

Execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance growth and profitability.
Explore new sales methods and optimize sales channels.
Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders.

4. Congress & Event Participation

Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, and trade shows.

5. Training & Education

Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with Product/Marketing Associate Manager.

6. Quality & Regulatory Support

Handle customer complaints in line with QA/RA procedures.

7. Reporting & Representation

Submit detailed monthly reports to ensure smooth communication.
Act as a company representative to third parties and support new business opportunities.

Profile Description

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales or product-focused role.

Skills & Expertise

Proficient knowledge of Turkish and English (spoken and written).
Strong grasp of sales techniques and commercial strategy.
Preferably a well-established network within Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, or Cardiovascular product domains (depending on the business unit).
Familiarity with the local healthcare market is a strong asset.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and performing under pressure and tight deadlines.
