Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience OR a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
- Experience in financial management within a customer-funding environment;
- Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget submissions.
- Engaging and influencing senior managers to ensure the portfolio is delivering the agreed business objectives;
- Supporting programme or project control boards, project assurance teams, and quality review meetings;
- Investigating business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
