We are seeking a talented Quantitative Developer to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, developing cutting-edge quantitative models and trading algorithms.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex quantitative models and trading algorithms using C# and .NET
- Collaborate with traders and researchers to implement and optimize trading strategies
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and opportunities in financial markets
- Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable code for production systems
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of quantitative models to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance and programming techniques
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize system downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework, RabbitMQ
- Experience in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to write clean, efficient code
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with algorithmic trading is a plus
- Authorization to work in Belgium
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining remote work with on-site presence in Brussels
