Mission context
In our Agile organisation, you will be working as Project Officer in the Tribe Digital Working BE.
The mission of the Tribe Digital Working BE is to deliver Digital Working devices and services to all end users within the entities of on the Belgian and Netherlands territory, to ensure the quality of the devices and services and support the users in their Digital Working experience.
Our goal is to ensure business and users are
· easily provided with the tools (hardware and software) they need to work and collaborate digitally
· satisfied with these tools by providing technical and functional support on the field and remotely through “Le Comptoir”
Function description
As Project Officer, you will contribute to the different projects within your team. In the upcoming months, your main target will be to handle the onboarding of different BNPP-entities in Belgium and the Netherlands in the IT-ecosystem and our end-user support services.
As such, you will need to:
agree on the project goals (priority, budget, scope) with your Product Owner, Scrum Master and stakeholders
define the different steps in the project and the associated planning (project breakdown)
launch and coordinate the activities
monitor the progress and ensure deadlines and budget are kept
identify and manage risks and issues
report to line management and stakeholders
We also count on your experience and know-how to identify areas of improvement and automation to improve efficiency and throughput.
Language requirements
Sound working knowledge of English, French and Dutch
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience

Travel
You will be required from time to time to travel in the Netherlands or to Paris. Travel exp. 4 times a year.
Telework
50% on-site (Brussels near Central Station) & 50% homeworking
Required experience / knowledge
At least 5 years of experience in a large IT-environment
Technical experience mandatory
Affinity with and knowledge of end-user tools (hard- and software) preferable
Service Management Tools (Service Now)
Asset Management Database (CMDB)
Automation skills (Power Platform)
Business experience mandatory
Proven experience in project coordination
Strong organizational insights
Familiar with various IT systems preferable
· Experience in a support environment (helpdesk, field support) and with the associated processes
