Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Plan, lead, coordinate, manage and motivate cross-functional project teams including internal employees, partners, subcontractors and virtual teams
- Define and align multiple scenarios and solutions, while balancing constraints, expectations, perspectives, and visions across diverse teams
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients about project/program progress, including timely updates on delays or risks
- Deliver comprehensive and digestible status reports—both written and oral—that reflect current progress, future milestones, challenges, and potential risks
- Proactively communicate deviations from timelines, quality standards, and key metrics, while responding effectively to client concerns and presenting solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout project execution, listening attentively and tailoring your communication to client needs
- Ensure communication is always concise, transparent, and adjusted to the client’s level of technical knowledge
- Collect feedback actively and integrate it into ongoing project progress to foster continuous improvement
- Perform risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks or challenges throughout the project lifecycle to keep initiatives on track
- Identify internal/external stakeholder expectations, manage conflicts or competing interests, and ensure organizational and operational readiness through timely stakeholder communication
- Represent Wyre professionally in interactions with external stakeholders
- Manage escalations independently or with stakeholders, prioritize effectively, take informed decisions, and communicate with both the client and Wyre’s senior management
- May be responsible for drafting or initiating business cases including budget, challenging assumptions with stakeholders, and defending proposals to third parties
- Solid understanding of HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) and telecom technologies
- Practical experience in civil construction of telecom networks is a plus
- 3–5 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong analytical ability to convert complexity into deliverables
- Able to switch between helicopter view and deep-dive follow-up
- Proven customer-centric mindset—always adapting and thinking from the client's perspective
- Solution-oriented with strong coordination skills
- Precise and punctual work style
- Skilled communicator with colleagues, teams, and contractors
- Resilient and steady under pressure during critical moments
- Fluent in Dutch and sufficiently proficient in English
- Experience with RAN networks is a strong asset
