As a Product Owner, you play a crucial role in defining, developing, and prioritizing the squad backlog to support your tribe in achieving strategic objectives. You ensure strong alignment between product development, service delivery, and the commercial model – always keeping the customer at the center.
Your Mission
In this role, you lead an agile squad focused on developing tools and processes for contract negotiation and management within a new IT stack. You report to the Tribe Lead and actively contribute to the performance of high-performing squads.
Core ResponsibilitiesContract Lifecycle Management
- Design and implement end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from creation to signature
- Develop a hierarchical structure for contracts and customer relationships
- Establish a framework for contract governance and maintenance within the Opportunity-to-Contract process
- Manage a centralized, up-to-date archive of customer contracts and addenda
- Define tools and processes for accurate and efficient quote creation
- Prioritize customer value, growth, and service within enterprise solutions
Vision & Prioritization
- Develop a clear product vision in collaboration with tribe leads and other Product Owners
- Identify and shape a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), considering resource constraints
- Maximize product value through iterative development and release cycles
- Safeguard quality standards based on defined acceptance criteria
- Identify and manage risks and compliance requirements
Backlog & Squad Management
- Define squad goals and priorities in line with business objectives
- Maintain a well-structured backlog with clearly prioritized user stories
- Facilitate squad meetings and promote a shared product vision
- Collaborate with other squads and tribes to break down silos
- Strengthen the squad through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Stay aligned with chapter leads, agile coaches, and scrum masters
- Foster a culture of trust, learning, and experimentation
- Identify the necessary skills and competencies for a high-performing team
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement based on feedback from the sales team
- Work closely with stakeholders to align expectations and monitor progress
- Detect risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation plans
- Participate in production support meetings
- Encourage customer adoption and enhance the overall user experience

- Ability to align with multiple stakeholders and business owners
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
- Familiarity with B2B telecom products (mobile and fixed)
- Collaboration with Product Management for value- and ROI-driven backlog management
- Skilled in prioritization techniques and roadmap planning
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (user stories, sprint planning)
- Ability to work closely with architects and UX/UI designers
- Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework (e.g., PI planning, compliance)
- Experience with cloud-based Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions
