Description:
Demonstrable experience in developing and monitoring the vision and objectives of products, including monitoring the product strategy and roadmap, in the interest of all stakeholders
Demonstrable training with certification (Product Owner/Manager) in Agile development methodology
Demonstrable experience in various Project Management facets (costs, timing, planning, estimations)
Demonstrable experience in analyzing and defining requirements with all possible stakeholders, and estimating their impact
Demonstrable experience in managing priorities of the Product Backlog
- We are looking for 1 Product Owner who will work with business experts, users and the product teams to find digital solutions that deliver value for policy and the actors involved.
Must have:
Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner - 7 Years
Demonstrable experience with change management
Demonstrable experience in developing roadmaps
Demonstrable experience with projects involving Linked Open Data
Intrinsically motivated and committed to the inter-administrative and transversal context of the Agency and its stakeholders (Supplier attaches a document demonstrating this motivation)
Demonstrable experience with BPMN
Demonstrable experience in coaching a team
Demonstrable experience in organizing and facilitating Product & Customer Journey Workshops
Demonstrable experience with digitalization projects within the Flemish government and/or local authorities
