To reinforce our Product & Pricing department, we are looking for an agile profile to take up the role of Product Manager with a specific accent on Tax.
Your role:
- You monitor new tax developments by reviewing information received from the Product Tax Function and Legal department.
- You translate the impact of these new developments to the ERGO product portfolio by liaising with your direct colleagues in the Product & Pricing team and with the operational contract management teams responsible for implementing the Product Tax processes.
- If new tax developments require a process or system change, you liaise with the various stakeholders, including IT if necessary, to implement this change.
- You coordinate between the Product Tax Function on the one hand and the operational contract management teams, the Call Center teams and the Service Managers on the other, regarding operational tax-related queries to ensure that:
- the Product Tax Function receives all the necessary information to provide an answer;
- the Product Tax Function provides the response according to the agreed SLAs;
- the answer received from the Product Tax Function is understandable and can be used by the teams to be translated into their work instructions;
- that quality control is executed on the on the Product Tax report, from a product point of view.
- A sneak peek of the riveting subject matters you will be handling:
- Building internal knowledge on product tax questions
- Supporting changes in the form of tax projects
- Reviewing product tax information in business support and reporting
- Driving the daily business processes of Product & Pricing
- Involvement in Product Tax related projects to coordinate between the Project Manager, the Business Analyst and the Product Tax Function on all Product Tax related issues.
- When not working on tax related issues, assist in the execution of the daily processes of the Product and Pricing department (interest rate changes, product review process, fund selection process,...)

- Strong analytical skills
- Master level preferably financially oriented
