Accountabilities:
- The role holder will provide general administrative support in regards the preparations to become CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) compliant on 1 July 2026 with our Oils & lubes portfolio.
- Ensure that all product labels will be updated and printed according the Mercury process steps.
- Support the label preparations for 6 new cleaning products and make sure that all working files and SDS sheets are updated, structured and archived.
- Follow-up through weekly contact with Mercury Packaging & Design team to drive the progress and to follow-up on new label lay-outs according new bottle designs and packaging refresh project FDL.
- Weekly follow-up meetings with Product Manager and monthly with Compliance Manager.
Skills:
- Experience in administration support. Experience with regulations matters is preferred.
- Precise – accurate – communicative - dynamic - proactive
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel – PowerPoint – Word – Windows 11
- Language: Minimum Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Full time or 80% regime from 1 August to 19 December 2025
Our offer:
This exciting temporary position is a Global Grade7 and offers a salary of between €35,000 and €50,000 (payable in 13.92 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:
- A Bonus Plan with a target of 5% of the annual salary;
- Meal vouchers with a face value of 8€;
