We’re looking for a collaborative, driven, and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the development and optimisation of our Gaming CMS product. You’ll help ensure our online gaming content is efficiently curated, managed, and delivered across markets through a high quality and user friendly CMS. Working closely with developers, gaming ops, data analysts, and casino managers, you’ll play a key role in building out content management capabilities to make the user experience easy and speedy to expand gaming content volume and manage gaming content.
Leading the gaming CMS product area, you would have an extensive understanding of what is involved in managing a product, both from a discovery and delivery perspective, being passionate and self-motivated about solving the highest-priority opportunities as efficiently as possible.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for our gaming content CMS, including strategy, roadmap planning, delivery, and optimisation.
- Translate business goals and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, balancing stakeholder input, technical considerations, and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to scope, deliver, and iterate on CMS capabilities, and improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement of how content is managed throughout the gaming content funnel, tooling, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with commercial and content teams to ensure the CMS supports timely launches of new games, reporting, and markets.
- Conduct user and market research of CMS tooling to identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our content management capabilities.
- Champion the voice of internal users and players throughout the product development process, ensuring CMS enhancements translate into better gaming experiences.
- Define, track, and report on product KPIs and performance metrics.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years experience in a Product Manager/Owner role with experience working with CMS tooling
- Proven collaboration and leadership experience across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experienced in capability building and continuous improvement, with a passion for supporting predominantly internal users to drive operational excellence.
- Proactive and curious mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Passion for online games, product development or user experience
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and act as a central liaison between stakeholders
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, keen to help out, and good at problem solving
