Mission
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes. You will ensure the acquisition of goods and services aligns with Unifiedpost's strategic objectives, delivering value and efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
This is what we expect of you:
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
- Procurement Processes: Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements without compromising quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align strategies accordingly.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor selection and procurement activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics, vendor performance, and cost analyses to senior management.

We would be happy to see
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
