Role description
Mission context:
Our team is responsible for the Product management related to the payables and receivables. Our responsibilities covers the following aspects:
Define the product vision with the key stakeholders
Define and mobilize the means to complete the Product/offer vision (plan, budget, people, stakeholders, governance)
Coordinate the “demand to delivery process” based on the business value management
Support client implementation
To ensure a smooth operation inside the team, some internal process are followed transversally. In this scope, there are project/process that need to be implemented. The focus of this job will be:
internal governance management
resources planning documentation
support documents creation
process note writing
Function description:
Reviewing and updating existing process descriptions, model teams and interactions
Reflect, document and analyse governance
Process documentation and optimization
Document management
Accurate reporting towards management
Required experience / knowledge :
Technical experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
Mandatory:
Strong technical writing skills
Good expertise in MS Office
