Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognised/certified university in a related discipline and at least 2 years' post-related experience;
- Alternatively, at least 6 years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function in lieu of a degree;
- Experience in designing, implementing and managing the technology, software and hardware underpinning servers, storage systems, data centres and cloud services..
- Providing guidance on the application and operation of elementary physical, procedural and technical security controls;
- Explaining the purpose of security controls and performing security risk and business impact analysis for medium-complexity information systems;
- Identifying risks that arise from potential technical solution architectures.
