Main tasks:
- Your are responsible for developing, setting-up, executing and maintaining all Engines and Controls & Rigging pricing activities through collaboration and co-ordination with Product, Sales and Finance teams with the consideration of the competitive market, sales channels, cost and currency evolution and also the entire discount structures and multiple sales programs.
- You manage Annual and ad-hoc pricing activities and updates across Finished Products and Controls & Rigging Categories.
- You drive Customer Profile pricing structure, system/process development, set-up, execution and maintenance with areas owners across company system (ERP & CRM Salesforce).
- You develop Promotional Sales Program, including structure, system updates and ongoing maintenance.
- You lead market intelligence collection and database maintenance on competitors’ products, pricing, sales conditions and programs/promotions to support pricing strategy modelling; analysis and validation in collaboration with sales and product team.
- You define and implement a complete set of KPI’s including reporting which allows to monitor sales, margins, cost variation and price harmonization among customer bases.
- You support continuous improvement on pricing processes, audit processes and documentation.
- You actively participate in specific ad hoc projects to support business needs.
- You operate in line with company policies and procedures, especially relating to quality management system, the company ethics program and the company’s health, safety and environmental policies
Skills & Knowledge :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related fields.
- Min. 5+ years’ experience of experience in Pricing and Sales Program Development within consumer or finished goods products or similar with multiple channels management (dealers, distributors,…)
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to identify and communicate key information in an easy to understand way
- Ability to operate in an international environment, cultural awareness and geopolitical knowledge
- Fluent in French and English; other European languages is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Excell, PowerBI, and other analytical tools.
- ERP (AS400) and Saleforce is a plus.
- Ability to gain rapidly a strong knowledge of all the company Policies and Procedures
