Job Description Summary
We are currently looking for a Pricing & Health Economics Analyst to join our Value and Access (V&A) team and to contribute to our mission of bringing innovative therapies to patients. The Pricing & Health Economics Analyst is a key associate that has the responsibility of executing the country overall pricing strategy and support HEOR analyses for the entire portfolio. Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the legal framework and Health Authorities’ measures impacting prices
- Close follow up of the pricing and reimbursement processes (internal and external) and coordinate pratical implementation of price changes
- Leading the release and follow-up of accurate and timely price information when launching new product and in case of price changes
- Represent Novartis externally on pricing topics in discussion with industry associations and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the HEOR Manager on Cost-Effectiveness and/or Budget Impact analyses required for pricing and reimbursement submissions.
- Responsible for the tracking of the Health Authorities agreements, the rebate process in Managed Entry Agreements and financial integration to ensure seamless accounting in collaboration with the V&A team
- Demonstrate agility to manage multiple competing priorities to deliver on time and in budget
- Engaging with local Health Authorities and relevant stakeholders to execute mandatory reporting duties related to pricing within the delays defined by law
- Maintaining audit, SOP and training compliance
Role Requirements
You will bring to the role:
- Willingness to understand the complex legal pricing framework over the full life cycle of products
- Analytical mindset to understand pricing dynamics and scenario building
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French
- Full proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and in SAP is a plus.
- Strong interest in pricing, health economics or value & access
- Customer-focused mindset
- Agility and responsiveness to business needs
Language preferences:
- Preferred: Dutch, French, English
- Alternative: Dutch + English or French + English
