Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A master degree from a university or establishment of similar standing;
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Enterprise or large international organization environments;
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and Power BI.
- Experience within NATO or a large international organisation;
- Knowledge of NATO specific regulations and reporting tools to portfolio and budget management;
- Experience with operation of multiple project budgets and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Supporting the Portfolio Team in leading budget execution for each project, financial planning, reporting, and coordination between internal and external stakeholders;
- Developing, managing, and monitoring programs of work related to Digital Transformation and Cyber Security;
- Identifying potential projects that merge operational benefits and economies of scale.
