We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product & Portfolio Assistant to become a vital part of our Brand & Portfolio team.

Your Mission: As our new Product & Portfolio Assistant, you will join an international, creative, and dynamic Brands & Portfolio team,
becoming the main point of contact for administrative implementations of branded portfolio projects mainly at our Belgian production site.
What will you do:
Product administration: Input data in various systems and support all administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
Artwork follow-up: Oversee the process from production brief to printed packaging.
Portfolio management: Support portfolio harmonization initiatives, including delisting products and value engineering efforts.
Project management: Lead smaller projects such as line extensions and the roll-out of products into additional markets.
Point of contact: Manage assortment questions and provide portfolio overviews.
Supporting tasks: Provide daily support to global portfolio & concept managers and the head of brands & portfolio.
What you’ll bring:
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (sales support, marketing assistant), preferably within FMCG.
Education: University or bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
Skills & Mindset:
Team player with strong communication skills.
Hands-on attitude and result-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluency in English and an international mindset.
