Job Description:
Client is currently looking for a PMO (Freelance or permanent) for a multinational market leader in Belgium.
Client is looking for consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.

Role
Provide Project Management Office support to the project team manager , including scope and budget retrievals.
Support project team members with documentation tracking, and quality review.
Follow-up project execution and consolidate reporting: documentation review, testing, delivery, etc.
Gathering data about project progress and producing reports . You get things done. When you need information or help, you seek it out and find it easily within our large organization.
You communicate clearly and precisely. As an important part of the team, you work in harmony with others to achieve goals.
Project portal administrator – maintain the project’s SharePoint site and ensure folders are structured well, documents are regularly updated and organised effectively and version control is correctly applied.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders
Any other PMO duties as mandated by the Project Manager
Profile
At least 5 years of experience as a PMO
You are fluent in English
You have an advanced Excel level
You have understanding of Client Service function, preferably a PMO related function
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Knowledge of Project Management is an asset
