As a Pension Administrator, you will be part of a dedicated team of 17 colleagues, all committed to delivering high-quality day-to-day administration of occupational pension schemes for Belgian pension funds. From the first day of an employee’s career to his benefit payment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely service at every step of the member journey regarding their pension benefits.
Our team is known for its collaborative approach, attention to detail, and strong client focus. We work closely together, supporting one another and sharing knowledge to continuously improve our service. You will handle both member and client queries, helping to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders involved.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage the administration of a portfolio of Belgian pension plans, delivering efficient and professional service that meets the needs of clients and members;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for standard automated cases;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ pension schemes and prepare standard documents and correspondence in line with legal requirements;
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, members, and external stakeholders via email and telephone;
- Perform accurate manual pension calculations and monitor your own workflow to ensure service levels are consistently met;
- Foster a respectful and collaborative working environment, actively contributing to the team’s overall performance and service excellence.
The requirements
- Experience in a relevant domain (such as insurance, consulting, or administration) is required, and experience as a pension administrator is an advantage;
- Strong organizational and numerical skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear and professional written and verbal communication;
- Excellent command of at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, and English;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
