Technical requirements:
· Operating systems: very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022); basic knowledge of Linux (e.g., Debian, Ubuntu) is a plus.
· Active Directory: user management, GPO, password resets, OU structure, replication.
· Microsoft 365 / Office 365: tenant administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, license management and security policy configuration.
· Computer networks: good knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols; configuration and diagnostics of switches and routers (preferred: Cisco, Unifi, MikroTik).
· Firewalls and security: firewall rule configuration (e.g., pfSense, Fortigate), VPN (IPSec, OpenVPN), access management and threat monitoring.
· Backup and data recovery: practical experience with backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Synology Active Backup, Acronis).
· Virtualization: basic knowledge of Hyper-V and/or Proxmox – creating, cloning, and managing virtual machines.
· IT hardware: diagnosing faults, maintenance of printers and laptops, hardware installation and replacement.
· Diagnostics: ability to analyze system logs, Event Viewer, tools like Wireshark, PowerShell, CMD.
· Documentation: creating technical documentation in .doc/.pdf/.md formats.
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have experience and skills in the following areas:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
· Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network/system administration tools.
· Understanding of cybersecurity mechanisms.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good organizational skills, communication, and patience.
· Higher education (preferably in IT or related fields).
· Language proficiency: Polish + English or English + French + Dutch.
· Category B driving license.
