Paid Social Media Buyer
4-6 years in paid social or channel growth roles | Antwerp
Turn untapped platforms into scalable growth channels
This is your opportunity to lead Loop’s next phase of paid social growth. You’ll take charge of identifying, testing, and scaling new platforms. It’s a fast-moving, high-autonomy role designed for someone who’s both strategic and executional. You’ll launch structured pilots, define clear success criteria, and hand off what works once it’s ready to scale. As a Paid Social Media Buyer, you’ll test fast and scale what works
You’ll lead the full lifecycle of platform diversification from building the test plan to rolling out structured playbooks once a platform proves its value. You’ll work in-platform during early testing stages, partnering closely with analytics, creative, and external buying teams to ensure everything is launched with the right data and messaging foundations. This is a hands-on role built for someone who wants to prove what’s possible and turn that into repeatable growth.
Your other responsibilities:
- Design and execute structured pilots across new paid social platforms
- Define clear success metrics and criteria for scaling or shutting down new channels
- Work closely with the Data & Measurement Specialist to ensure clean campaign tracking
- Build internal documentation and channel playbooks for repeatable execution
- Share learnings with creative, analytics, and core channel teams to fuel overall growth
How you’ll succeed as a Paid Social Media Buyer
You’re someone who sees signals early and acts fast. You’ll thrive by applying structure to ambiguity, identifying where performance lives, and turning tests into systems. You’ll need sharp instincts, strong platform knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally with speed. If you’ve launched new channels before, built the case for scale, and know when to move on you’ll feel right at home.
These key competences will set you up for success:
- 4+ years of experience in paid social or digital growth roles
- Hands-on experience testing and scaling multiple platforms beyond Meta
- Deep knowledge of campaign structure, audience setup, and auction behavior
- Ability to build testing roadmaps and translate results into actionable playbooks
- Strong communication and cross-team alignment skills
