Experienced Travel Designer – NL market
JOB DESCRIPTION
● You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and your mission will be to sell luxury kids-friendly holidays to existing and new clients
TASKS
● As Travel Designer, you respond to the reservation requests you receive on a daily basis
● You understand customers' needs and translate them into offers that you send by email
● You give personalized advice to our customers, by email and telephone
● You use our CRM to follow-up with prospects and existing customers
● You are in daily contact with our 350 affiliated hotels worldwide
● You attend training sessions on key destinations
● You are in regular contact with our Little Concierge and After Sales departments
MUST HAVE SKILLS
● Solid experience as a travel agent
● Dutch speaking
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
● Passionate, you don't count your hours to achieve results
● Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
● Convincing and selling are your key strengths
● Highly organized and never shy away from a challenge
● Stress-resistant and able to work with a monthly target
● Extremely proactive personality and a courteous and dynamic character
● Very good computer software skills such as CRM

● Willing to work weekends occasionally
