What you’ll do:
As Operational Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily monitoring of our activities on site. You are the central point of contact for our local agents, port authorities, suppliers and accommodation management. You ensure that everything runs smoothly – from planning the boats to delivering fuel and food.
Your responsibilities
- Daily coordination with local agents and port authorities
- Drawing up and monitoring the planning of boats and means of transport
- Logistical monitoring of local suppliers (such as fuel, food, other supplies)
- Managing and monitoring accommodation for staff and/or guests
- Reporting on operational status and any bottlenecks
- Helping to optimise logistics processes and communication on site
Who are we looking for?
- You speak and write fluent German and English – this is essential for daily communication
- You have experience in operational coordination, logistics or planning
- You have strong organisational skills and maintain an overview, even under pressure
- You are communicative, hands-on and solution-oriented
- You can work independently, but also function well within a team
