Job description
One of your main tasks as Operational Buyer at Facil is to manage the day-to-day tasks. You will be responsible for running changes within our change management system and you will act as escalation point for our different departments. You keep the contacts with our suppliers alive and make sure to update our Facil price and order database accordingly.
Aside from these daily buyer responsibilities, you will get the chance to work on some interesting international projects according to your own interests and the needs of the organization.
You will report directly to our Global Purchasing Manager in the headquarters.

Requirements
- Master or bachelor’s degree
- Interest in Automotive and technical interest is required, mechanical or material knowledge is a plus
- Analytical capacity and negotiation skills are key
- Proactive orientation and customer-oriented mindset
- Team-player
- Hands-on mentality
- Used to working with deadlines
- Flexible & persistent
- Good MS Office skills (mainly Outlook and Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
