As our Marketing Data Manager, you are in the lead to maintain and evolve our marketing data ecosystem. From managing the product information system to optimizing our website and external data interfaces, you’ll ensure that our marketing platforms are accurate, integrated, and aligned with ETAP’s strategic goals. You work with external partners and collaborate with multiple departments within ETAP.
You are part of a multi-disciplinary marketing department where we combine product marketing management and (online) marketing campaigns in which you contribute to the ETAP results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the marketing roadmap of our website and product information system (PIMcore) by working closely with ánd managing our external partners.
- PIM System Management: The PIMcore system is one of the key business application within the company for which you are the key user that ensures product data is accurate and all integrations with other systems like our product configurator are running smoothly. You implement system improvements which makes the data management tasks of all users more efficient.
- Website Oversight: ETAP.com is our multi-lingual B2B website which represents our company and our products and services. You update and optimize the ETAP website in line with brand guidelines, implement SEO improvements, and support team members in CMS usage.
- Product Lifecycle Data: Support the phase-in/out process with accurate and timely product data management.
- Marketing Data Architecture: Collaborate with the Data Architecture Manager to shape the future of ETAP’s marketing data landscape.
- Play an active role in the market activation campaigns of the marketing team: bringing in valuable experience, ideas and diverse marketing skills.
- Implement and maintain other marketing data tools: Based on evolving needs and possibilities in the ever evolving market of online marketing and demands for more product data.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience with implementing and maintaining a PIM system and/or professional website together with specialized partners.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset which you deploy in optimizing the ETAP website (SEO, marketing analytics etc.) A structured and accurate working style, and a feel for layout and design. A solid sense of what it means to successfully drive marketing campaigns in a dynamic B2B landscape.
- Tools: Proficiency in Pimcore or similar PIM systems, Google Analytics, and online CMS platforms. Experience with Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, agile mindset, and strong communication skills.
