Based in our Saintes (BE) office, this is a great opportunity for a motivated professional eager to drive operational efficiency and enhance marketing execution within our organization.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Review communication & translations of all materials.
- Review Artwork and IFU in collaboration with the BM
- Prepare mailings and inform customers on article changes / product changes

Coordinate materials, sample request, sponsoring and print production.
- Follow up with the printing company status, printing, etc.

Scheduling events and congresses logistics.
- Congres management: create the contract, send the contracts, and review the budgets.
- Manage roll-up banners and congress stands and product request/samples for congresses
- Reply to client's questions for samples, goodies, or sponsoring.
- Support for Hartmann Academy and new digital tools.
- Activate webshop articles and update them regularly.

Data & Product Information Management:
- Collecting central data & updating in local digital platforms: webshop , PEGA.customer/product data , AIS price lists , HD/HA , PharmIntouch , Salesforce
- Maintain PIM system up to date with dual-lingual product info.
- Search and send various product certificates and pictures (DOC /CE / latex, etc.) and fill in product info excel for clients together with the sales support
- Update packshots and product info on the different platforms.
- Liaise with fulfillment center / student in the warehouse for sending samples, filling goodie bags, etc.
- Notification of new/changed products to the Dutch authorities: Z-index.
Your experience and skills:
To make this position a success, we are looking for someone who initially fulfils the function described above, who has interest in the culture of Paul Hartmann and shares its values.
In addition, we are looking for these experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s in marketing, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong written & oral communication skills (Dutch/ French/ English).
- Strong data management skills.
- SAP HANA, PEGA, Hybris (PIM) is an asset.
- Result-driven and customer-focused.
- Flexible, energetic, and reliable, with a strong sense of initiative.
In order to test the suitability of the candidate, an assessment may be part of the procedure.
