For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for:
Logistics Coordinator (F/M/X) (Full time)
Purpose of this role is to oversee and centralize all RRSL packaging and transfer/delivery of products/materials. The Logistics coordinator position relies heavily upon good organizational and administrative skills, Incoterms and ERP knowledges. It requires an understanding of the basic accounting processes involving quotes and invoicing.
Key Tasks
Managing internal client’s requests in order to ensure :
deliveries of our products/ materials on time and at required place
transfer of components/materials internally and from/to our subcontractors.
Respect the safety rules within the company ;
Preparation of quotes for internal clients (examine products to estimate weight, quantity, packaging, type of transport, planning) ;
Organizing packaging of products/materials with suppliers ;
Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions with required documents ;
Ensuring all documentation is in line with financial, commercial and legal/compliance requirements ;
Tracking of goods from loading to destination with relevant reporting.
All shipments activities correctly performed in terms of timing, cost and legal/compliance requirements
Profile:
Education
Bachelor degree in Logistics (or equivalent by experience)
Experience & qualifications
Min 5 years’ experience
Autonomous and proactive
English (intermediate level) B2/ French fluent
Good written and verbal communication
Rigorous
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word and excel)
