Description of the function:
As Key Account & Implementation Manager you represent the entire range of GDP/GMP logistic services Eumedica can offer to pharmaceutical companies.
You are responsible for maintaining a long-term relationship with existing accounts and for creating opportunities to gain new ones. You play a key role in the company’s growth.
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
Logistics services business development:
- To carry out continuous pharmaceutical & healthcare market analysis, to detect and highlight new business opportunities
- To prospect actively for all potential customers, to deliver and present solutions, value and pricing in close collaboration with other departments
- To represent Eumedica at national and international logistic/pharma events and in business networks

Accounts management:
Supporting closely our customers and carry them out to ensure that they receive first-class customer care generating a high satisfaction rating (quality/quantitative measurement)
- To build strong customer relationships, to identify opportunities within the accounts and pilot contracts renewal in accordance with the corporate strategy
- To interact and communicate with the clients on a regular basis to point out needs and requirements
- To manage issues and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies
- To conduct regular internal accounts review

You report directly to the Executive Director Logistics.
Your profile:
For this job, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account & Implementation Manager and we require a minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics. Project management has no more secret for you and you can work with deadlines.
You are a very customer focused person with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering measurable results, you are a natural forward planner, who critically assesses his or her own performance.
Strong focus on details is also part of your drivers.
The workload and challenges do not scare you and you handle them in a professional manner.
A very good knowledge of IT tools is required (Excel, Powerpoint, ERP…).
Finally, you are fluent in French and English. Proficiency in Dutch is an asset.
