About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior/Associate Scientist to join our CMC Early Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career scientists to gain hands-on experience in analytical development and product characterization within a dynamic biotech environment. You will support the development of therapeutic antibodies by contributing to analytical method development and product characterization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing analytical methods for product quality analysis and characterization.
- Support stability and bridging studies for products, critical reagents and internal assay controls
- Contribute to the preparation of protocols, technical reports, and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of lab activities.
- Help manage sample logistics, including inventory tracking and shipment coordination.
Expertise Areas
- Basic knowledge of analytical techniques, e.g., CE-SDS/SDS-PAGE, HPLC, SPR (BiaCore), ELISA
- Knowledge of assay qualification/validation is a plus.
- Familiar with lab safety and aseptic handling practices.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant industry or academic lab experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with electronic lab systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of GMP is an asset but not required.
