Junior Product Manager

1. Product Development:

• Coordinate new product development for SYNQ.

• Collect and prioritize customer and market needs.

• Define product specifications with R&D, sourcing, certification, and sales teams.

• Align country-specific requirements and collaborate with the Business Development Team.

2. Product Management:

• Organize product launches, define pricing strategies, and set sales forecasts.

• Ensure product availability and validate technical information.

• Work with marketing on communication and promotional materials.

• Participate in (international) trade shows and sales meetings.

• Manage inventory, forecasting, and monitor product quality.

• Provide daily support to the sales team regarding the product range.

3. Product Lifecycle Management:

• Continuously improve products based on market and customer feedback.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Analyze sales trends to optimize the product range.

• Coordinate product phase-outs and propose actions for end-of-life products.

• Skilled in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions on the products.

• Technical affinity, especially with textiles or apparel.
• Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or Fashion Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in the apparel, workwear, or PPE industry is a plus.
• Experience in product development is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in product or category management is a plus (junior level acceptable with strong potential).
• Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package Excel; PowerPoint, Power BI or similar tools are an advantage.
• Willing to travel abroad to a limited extent
