Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will shape secure, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions that evolve alongside business needs. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define strategic technical direction and ensure end-to-end delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design
- Create and deliver robust, high-level solution designs aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with product owners, business leaders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into actionable architectural blueprints.
Technical Leadership
- Provide guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
Documentation & Standards
- Maintain accurate architectural documentation, reusable assets, and reference models that align with industry standards and best practices.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all solutions meet rigorous standards for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Full Lifecycle Support
- Support teams from initial concept through implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills – Required
- Understanding of architectural methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Hands-on experience with at least one major programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native services.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures, API design strategies, and system integration patterns.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- (For senior profiles) Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Soft Skills & Attributes
