As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – AI Apps, you will help customers bring their AI solutions to production scale on Azure. This customer-facing role offers the opportunity to lead technical engagements across design, build, and operations, removing blockers and accelerating adoption of Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.
You’ll work closely with customer executives, developers, and engineers to turn innovation into real-world outcomes. Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead architectural design sessions, proof-of-concept development, and technical workshops focused on Azure AI, App Services, and GitHub.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements, guiding them through solution design and deployment.
- Production Readiness: Ensure mission-critical workloads are production-ready, secure, and optimized for performance and cost-efficiency.
- IP Development: Contribute to reusable intellectual property (IP) and repeatable delivery frameworks that scale across engagements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Customer Engineers, CSAMs, and Product Groups to drive unified delivery and technical excellence.
- Skilling & Certification: Maintain certifications in priority workloads such as Azure AI Foundry, AKS, Cosmos DB, and GitHub, and stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience in cloud technologies, software development, or IT consulting.
- Proven expertise in Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and hybrid search architectures
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), GitHub Advanced, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (AKS), and microservices architecture.
- Ability to lead technical engagements and influence stakeholders across business and technical domains.
- Familiarity with customer success frameworks like CAF and WAF
