We are expanding our finance team in Zaventem with a Junior Accountant (M/F, 3/5) who will support our financial operations across Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. You’ll work closely with our Finance Manager and contribute to the smooth running of our financial processes.

The position

As Junior Accountant (M/F, 3/5), you will support our financial operations across Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. You’ll work closely with our Finance Manager and contribute to the smooth running of our financial processes.
Junior Accountant at NGIS is a job with impact:
- You will process and follow up on purchase invoices.
- You will prepare payments.
- You will manage supplier accounts.
- You will reconcile bank statements.
- You will monitor customer payments.
- You will support monthly and yearly closings.
- You will contribute to a smooth and accurate administration.
Your profile
In addition to a passion for precision, you bring the following qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Eye for detail and a love for accurate administration
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively to improve processes
- Comfortable in a small organization where initiative is valued
- Experience is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other language
- Basic knowledge of English is a must
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Odoo) is a bonus
