The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented INTPA Partnership Officer to support our INTPA Partnership Team in delivering the Plan European Union Liaison Office (EULO) workplan. In this fundamental role, you’ll help coordinate EU funding opportunities across the organisation, strengthen engagement with key EU institutions—including DG INTPA, ENEST, and MENA—and ensure compliance throughout the project cycle, from design to implementation.
You’ll also play a key role in our advocacy efforts, contributing to strategic messaging and monitoring data from NDICI Global Europe-funded projects to enhance resource mobilisation and funding strategies.
About You
You have experience engaging with EU institutions—particularly DG INTPA/NEAR—and a growing understanding of EU development funding and international cooperation. You’re familiar with the EU’s funding instruments and development priorities, especially those related to child rights and gender equality.
You’re a clear communicator, comfortable working with both data and people, and confident presenting in group settings such as webinars or learning sessions. With a good grasp of Excel and other MS tools, and quick to learn new systems, including online compliance platforms.
You’re passionate about human rights and thrive in multicultural environments. You bring strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus.

Location: The office is based in Brussels, Belgium. The post-holder will be expected to come to the Brussels EU Liaison Office a minimum of 2 days per week. You must have the pre-existing right to work in Belgium without restrictions. We will not be able to sponsor any visa applications.
Reporting to: INTPA Partnership Manager
Type of Role: CDI, Belgian Fixed Term Contract, Full-time (5 days per week, 37,5 hours)
Salary: € 3,060 gross per month.
Some additional benefits include - 13th month salary, additional holidays granted by the organisation, meal vouchers, pension scheme and DKV cover, public transport reimbursement, representation fees.
