Your responsibilities
For our market in France, we are looking for an Internal Sales Representative who will operate from our showroom in Paris or work remotely. In this role, you will be a crucial link in the sales team, maintaining close contact with existing customers in your region.
Your main tasks will include:
- Proactively reaching out to existing customers and identifying opportunities to boost sales
- Engaging with clients to explore their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Following up on ongoing projects
- Reporting directly to the Country Manager
- Presenting and upselling flooring solutions based on client needs and market trends
- Re-engaging dormant accounts and leads that have not yet converted
- You will maintain close contact with key stakeholders, including architects and designers (A&D), installers, and distributors.
Who are you?
- You are an experienced (internal) sales professional, preferably with a background in the flooring or construction materials
- You have a good working knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
- You are commercially minded and able to identify opportunities
- You are a quick learner who works independently and contributes actively to the team
