All About The Role
As a Part-Time Project Management & Administrative Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing projects, supporting administrative functions, and observing current processes to identify and suggest improvements. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute ideas, and support a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Support:
Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project milestones.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Help identify and address potential project risks and issues.
Administrative Tasks:
Organize and maintain project files and records.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for project leads.
Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with office tasks such as data entry, filing, and creating presentations.
Process Improvement:
Observe and analyze current project management and administrative processes.
Identify areas where efficiencies can be introduced or existing processes can be streamlined.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing changes.
What will you bring to the table?
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in project management and a desire to learn about the field.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite and basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Part-time, preferably 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments.
