Job Description
The Intern Market Data will support the department, initiatives of MedTech Europe members and cross-functional initiatives within MedTech Europe. The Intern will spend the remaining time with general responsibilities including attendance of staff meetings, trainings, etc. He/She will report to Ms. Teodora Angelova (Senior Manager Market Data).
Responsibilities
- Assisting in gathering, aggregating and analyzing industry market data
- Assisting updating annual reports on analysis of economic indicators
- Assisting in responding to members’ ad hoc requests
- Administrative and organizational support for on-going market data activities
- Reviewing and identifying relevant reports to the industry
- Managing contact database and fostering communication within MedTech Europe
- Helping with organizing conference calls/meetings, creating presentations and drafting minutes
Must-haves
- Bachelor or Master Degree in economics or humanities/social/political sciences or other relevant fields
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Ability to carry out research and report results of analysis
- Pro-active working attitude and proven experience in taking responsibility
- Eye for detail and a positive attitude
- IT savviness, including competence in standard MS Office applications and Teams/Zoom
- Interest in healthcare and medical technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with the EU healthcare landscape
- Previous work experience
- Experience with market intelligence and data visualization tools
- Fluency in other EU languages
