RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for ensuring the execution of HR Administrative tasks and payroll duties, primarly for Shape Member Dependents (SMDs) but this position also requires to be involved in all HR projects in case of need. Manage all personal data in a confidential way in respect of the data privacy. Report all problems or issues which could impact the organization or the employee. Regular contacts with external Companies. MAJOR DUTIES: Responsible for the execution of all HR administrative tasks for SHAPE Member dependents (SMDs) and as back-up for White and Blue Collars, temps employees, and of HR processes which occur during the employment contract in compliance with the LWS Conditions of Employment, Belgian Regulation and Directive. Management of the incident declaration and collection of information with the workers, the activity manager and the Health and Safety Officer. Point of contact for the Insurance Company. Follow up of the performance appraisals done by the Supervisors for the fidelity bonus Employment contracts preparation and all HR formal documents before to submit for approval of the HRM. Establish, maintain update HR internal process to ensure flexibility and continuity in all circumstances. Point of contact for HR administration for SMDs, supervision line and external companies. Relay to the Personnel Manager Officer all issues detected and propose improvements or solutions to ensure an accurate process.Other duties as required.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES In absence of the HRM, act as deputy to ensure the day to day management of the section. Management of the duties of the HR colleague in case of absence or leave. Able to manage data recording for all type of employment contract : LWS, SMD, Temps
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS Education: • Bachelor degree in HR, law or equivalent or • Higher Secondary Degree (CESS) with at least 4 years post related experience. Professional Experience: • Administrative experience. • Experience in a Personnel department with knowledge of Social legislation. • MS Office: Word (advanced knowledge) – Excel (advanced knowledge) – Power Point (basic if required) – Outlook. • Data base Management.
