Freight Forwarder Airfreight, Perishables (night)
Other Tasks:
- Managing the daily service for airfreight and export shipments for a diverse customer base;
- Planning the transport of incoming goods in collaboration with subcontractors;
- Coordinating the shipment of perishables, such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and live animals;
- Delivering excellent customer service by answering inquiries regarding incoming airfreight shipments;
- Ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining high data quality;
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from other departments and the MAGIS team;
- Proactively informing customers about any irregularities in their shipments;
- Strictly following all safety and security regulations.
Are you the perfect fit?
- You have initial experience in Freight Forwarding (Airfreight) or a bachelor’s degree or diploma in transport and logistics;
- You are highly flexible with working hours, you will work in the night shift;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English;
- You are stress-resistant, proactive, and solution-oriented;
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy solving challenges.
