Function
Are you ready to take your first steps into the world of finance and numbers? Or are you already well-versed in the logistics sector and looking for a new challenge? Good news! At our state-of-the-art Crosswoods site, our Finance team is looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to strengthen our team.
Who are we?
At Crosswoods, a young and dynamic team works every day to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Our Finance team plays a crucial role in this. We make sure that all financial processes run smoothly and that our customers are always informed about the latest developments.
What will you do?
After an intensive internal training where you will learn about our processes and tools, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data and reports. The goal? Identifying trends that help us improve processes.
Your tasks will include:
- Preparing and delivering various invoicing files.
- Inputting and monitoring financial data in our integrated system.
- Analyzing transport rates for different customers.
- Reporting SLA deviations and taking action to optimize processes.
- Acting as the first point of contact for our carriers regarding invoicing issues.
- Proactively contributing to our Continuous Improvement methodology.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's level of thinking and working (a degree in logistics and transport is a plus).
- You have initial experience in a similar role.
- You have strong analytical skills and can interpret numbers well.
- You work precisely and accurately, even under pressure.
- You are highly proficient in MS Office and have excellent knowledge of Excel.
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Experience with SAP? That’s a plus, but not a requirement!

- Permanent Contract: A permanent contract from day one.
- Salary Package: An attractive salary based on your experience, including meal vouchers of €8 per worked day and hospitalization insurance.

- Vacation Policy: In addition to statutory vacation days, you will receive 6 ADV days (0.5 day/month) and 3 additional sectoral vacation days.
