Purpose
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage finance and accounting operations for the Liège legal entity in close cooperation with Global Accounting/Controlling.
Ensure compliance with Belgian statutory reporting and tax requirements.
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting for the plant, including setting standard costs and tracking manufacturing variances.
Provide financial reporting and analysis of plant KPIs, productivity, and cost performance.
Partner with manufacturing teams to drive efficiency, improve cost control, and support improvement projects.
Participate in product costing process, analyzing deviations and providing recommendations.
Maintain compliance with group accounting policies, reporting monthly results in line with corporate deadlines.
Support ERP evolution and development of financial tools/processes.
Qualification
-
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance/controlling, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and statutory reporting.
Solid Excel and ERP system skills.
Languages: Fluent English required; French preferred.
Hybrid role – minimum 3 days per week in the Liège office.
